研究领域:

主要研究工作集中在开发和利用复杂网络、机器学习、图论、组合数学等方法对于复杂疾病、非编码RNA方面的多个重要问题进行探索和研究,并取得一系列重要进展。研究方向包括microRNA与疾病关系预测、 药物小分子与microRNA关系预测、微生物与疾病关系预测。这些研究方向是近年来数学、计算机科学和生命科学等诸多领域交叉研究的前沿和热点,具有很重要的理论意义和实际指导意义。
