报告摘要：The lecture will present an overview of the probabilistic interpretation of the nonlinear potential theory, relying on the notion of tug-of-war games with noise. We will explore both basic and more advanced constructions, including the p-laplacian, the non-local setting, and the various boundary conditions.
讲者简介：Marta Lewicka is a Polish-American professor of mathematics at the University of Pittsburgh, specializing in mathematical analysis. She contributed results in the theory of hyperbolic systems of conservation laws, fluid dynamics, calculus of variations, nonlinear elasticity, nonlinear potential theory, differential games and differential geometry. She has written more than 70 papers and 2 books. In 2021 she was elected a Fellow of the American Mathematical Society.
